The Lyrids are here!

Already underway, and continuing until the 25th, this meteor shower may peak tomorrow night, 4/21, 10:30PM EDT.

The Lyrid meteor shower is the oldest one on record, and it unpredictable. According to Astronomy Magazine, (April 2004, p.62) the showers should peak around 10:30 tomorrow night to daybreak the next morning. At meridian you might expect ~ 20 meteors an hour.
